We are an early-stage startup moving at lightning speed. To build our foundation, we are offering high-impact internships for builders who want to get in on the ground floor. We hate endless interview loops as much as you do. Our hiring pipeline is engineered to be high-signal, highly automated, and extremely respectful of your time.
Application & Initial Signal
< 15 minSubmit your baseline.Apply directly through this site. We don’t read cover letters. Instead, your application includes a brief, rapid-fire quiz containing role-specific questions. This acts as an immediate, automated filter to ensure you possess the core knowledge required before we take up any more of your time.
The Asynchronous Assessment
45 - 60 minProve your logic, not your prompt engineering.Candidates who pass the initial signal enter our asynchronous skill assessment. This involves practical, role-specific scenarios designed to test your actual judgment and problem-solving framework.
Note on AI: We build AI products, which means our automated screening includes rigorous AI-generation detection. We encourage using AI for productivity, but we are hiring your brain. Outsourced or 100% AI-generated answers are an automatic disqualification.
The Deep-Dive Interview
1 session maxHigh-signal human conversations.Because our automated filtration does the heavy lifting, we dont do five rounds of panel interviews. If you make it here, you will have one highly focused video session with the core startup team. We will review your assessment, discuss your portfolio, and ensure we align on the mission. No trick questions just peer-to-peer calibration.
The Offer & Onboarding
24–48 hrsFast, transparent decisions.If selected, you will receive a formal Offer Letter detailing your role, responsibilities, and project timeline.
Note on Compensation: As a fast-moving, early-stage startup, our current internships are unpaid (no stipend) For now. Instead, we invest heavily in your growth. You will receive direct mentorship, build real production-level features for your portfolio, and earn a verifiable Certificate of Completion to launch your career.

No ghosting
Every candidate gets a clear, automated status update at every stage of the filtration pipeline. Whether it is a yes or a no, you will receive a definitive answer in writing. We will never leave you wondering where you stand.
Feedback on Request
If you make it to the final interview stage and we decide not to move forward, ask us and we will share specific, actionable feedback on your assessment. Generic “we'll keep your resume on file” responses waste everyone's time.
True Mentorship
We treat our interns like core team members. You will work directly alongside the founders and lead engineers. When your internship ends, you leave with a verifiable Certificate of Completion and a live portfolio of work that actually matters.
